3. Working principle

After cleaning, grain is conveyed into the tower by elevator, relying on it’s weight, grain accumulate to the top of grain storing observation hole, meantime open the fan, and 10 minutes later start up grain discharging circulation, grain moves slowly and expose the hot blast fully, for the heat the water lossed, then dryed grain is exhausted by grain discharging device. For grain of high moisture content, you should start cycle device, the range of grain moisture reduced is in accordance with requirements of operation. Single-tower cycling dryer is kind of cycling in batches, which includes functions of drying and cooling. Double towers combined type is the hot and cold tower composed or two-heat tower combined. Three towers continuous type means two-heat-tower and a cooling tower combined, it is continuous conduction mode, varieties of grain loss water of 0.5% -6%, if it is the high moisture grain, it would be above 7%- 15% .

5. Installation Requirements

(1)Make sure the ground is flat, so as to the machine could stand stably.

(2)Although the equipment is perfect, long-distance transportation may make some parts loose, so it should be checked carefully before? installation.

(3)An external electrical power should be in line with the installation of order, please check electricity earthing insulate before the power supply. Operator should have work permit.
